We will begin by introducing the week’s topic and providing educational information and resources for the first 30 minutes or so of the session. Opportunities to engage via the chat and answer questions posed to the group will be incorporated. The conversation will be moderated by the mental health professionals and include prompts and redirection as needed. Facilitators will stay on the call 15-minutes post-session to answer any specific concerns or questions that may arise for participants.
