Belle Edling, LGSW
Belle enjoys working with clients ages 6 and older. She believes that past experiences and relationships can shape how individuals see themselves and the world around them, sometimes in ways they may not fully understand. Belle enjoys helping clients explore these experiences, process longstanding challenges, and gain insight into how their past may be influencing their present lives and relationships. Whether clients are working through past trauma, navigating family or friendship challenges, learning to set boundaries, or breaking patterns that no longer serve them, Belle strives to create a space where they feel understood and supported as they move forward.
Belle takes a trauma-informed approach to therapy and tailors treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. She has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation challenges, and relationship difficulties. She draws from therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. When working with younger clients, she also incorporates play-based approaches to help them express themselves, build coping skills, and develop new ways of navigating challenges.
Belle recognizes that starting therapy can feel overwhelming and that clients don't need to have everything figured out before beginning. She strives to help each person feel heard, supported, and empowered as they work toward meaningful change and personal growth.
