Please join Nobility Wellness to learn about the tinnitus and mental health connection. These drop-in sessions will combine brief educational workshops with peer support. Begin learning interventions to improve mental health while experiencing symptoms, to support your habituation journey. You will also discuss support strategies for common struggles that accompany the condition. Time will be given to engage in peer support from others present in the group, which will be moderated by mental health professionals.

Nicole Carreon, MA, LMFT

Nicole Carreon, LMFT, is a psychotherapist and founder of Nobility Wellness Services who specializes in working with individuals experiencing tinnitus, sound sensitivity, and the emotional impact of audiological conditions.

With nearly a decade of experience in this area, Nicole integrates evidence-informed approaches including CBT, ACT, EMDR, mindfulness, somatic interventions, and Havening Techniques to help clients reduce distress, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with meaningful aspects of their lives.

Kaitin Benedict, MA

Kaitin Benedict, MA, is a provider at Nobility Wellness Services who works with individuals navigating tinnitus, sound sensitivity, anxiety, stress, and the emotional challenges associated with chronic symptoms. Kaitin takes a compassionate, person-centered approach, helping individuals develop practical skills to manage distress, strengthen emotional regulation, and improve quality of life.

In her work with the tinnitus support group, Kaitin incorporates mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral strategies, acceptance-based approaches, and mind-body regulation techniques to help participants better understand their responses to tinnitus and develop tools for navigating daily life.
